I had a mixed experience during my stay at Theluna Suite Hotel. While the location is fantastic and the spacious rooms provide a nice view, I encountered several issues with the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities. The service left much to be desired, particularly with the attitude of some staff members and the inconsistencies in room cleaning.
